$2.25 Million Police Homicide Settlement
In 2018, MNPD Officer Andrew Delke shot and killed Mr. Daniel Hambrick while he was running away. Mr. Mothershead teamed with Attorney Joy Kimbrough to represent the estate and sue Metro Nashville and Officer Delke. Metro ultimately settled the case for $2.25 million.
